Kile hinge is a factory focus on concealed hinge more than 10 years, Load bearing from 40 kg to 160 kg, from zinc alloy to stainless steel. More than 5 million hidden hinges are taken offline here every year.
How we make the concealed hinge? Everything starts with raw materials, we choose high-quality zinc alloy or 304 stainless steel. Melt them and pour them into the mold, and apply pressure after the mold is closed to ensure that the metal liquid and the mold are fully fitted.
After the blanks have cooled they will go to the next process, polishing. Polishing is divided into two steps. The first step is to enter the large grinding machine for rough grinding, and the obvious traces such as the parting line will be polished first. Next, the workers use abrasive belts of different meshes for fine grinding until the surface of the hinge becomes very smooth and has a brushed effect.
The next step is surface treatment, and we leave this process to a professional electroplating factory. There are dozens of styles of surface treatment for customers to choose from.
After the hinge parts are plated, we will test them and then assemble them.
After the assembly is completed, we will conduct another quality inspection, and then package.
