Product appearance standard:
①No cuts, scratches, water-soaked, copper exposed, distortion, bubbles, sand hole, plating missing, oxidation, haze and burr, uniform drawing without streaks on the surface of the product;
②The product has no serious deformation, Short material, precise hole position, and Deformity;
③Finish is the same as the color palette;
④LOGO/Mark: The laser mark is clear, and there is no yellowish and nigrescence on the surface;
Size specification standard:
① Dimensions are consistent with technical drawings;
②The size of the countersunk hole meets the requirements of the drawing order, and the screws meet the requirements
As shown in CH60 drawings and pictures, there are 4 countersunk holes for each hinge, and SUS201 mounting screws are equipped with Ø5x30mm.
Functional structure standard:
① All accessories are assembled smoothly, the riveted parts are firm and not loose, and the screw teeth do not slip or not screw properly;

Product Test Standards:
① Electroplating hinge adhesion test: Cut a 1mm*1mm grid on the surface with a sharp knife, and the number of horizontal and vertical numbers is not less than 5 grids. The depth of scratches should be as deep as the bottom layer, and then use 3m adhesive tape to quickly pull up the tape in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the grid. After the adhesion test, the coating falls off <5%;
②Salt spray test: 304 material passed the 96-hour neutral salt spray test without oxidation and rust; zinc alloy passed the 48H neutral salt spray test without oxidation and rust;
③Life test: 200,000 cycles tested on 60kg door mass according to EN1935: 2002
Packaging standard:
