Load capacity
Select the corresponding load-bearing hinge according to the weight of the door. To ensure the service life of the hinge, the load-bearing capacity of the hinge should be slightly greater than the weight of the door, especially the door closer is installed on the door.
Hinge Size

Hinge Material
Hinges with a load-bearing capacity of 80kg and below are made of 3# zinc alloy, for hinges with a load-bearing capacity of more than 80kg, we use higher-strength aerospace aluminum alloys to manufacture the rocker arms. For hinges bearing 100kg, 160kg and higher, we use 304 stainless steel.

If the height of door more than 2.3m, it is recommended to install 4 hinges.
And extra hinges should also be installed on the door if using the door closer.

If you are using aluminum frame and wood frame door, the depth of hinge mounting slot should less than the frame, If the door frame is punched through when slotting, there is a high risk that the hinges will come off the door during use, or you have to use mounting parts to fix the hinge.
